We're Finished! - and the Winner is....

We're finished with the last set of orders on this, our last sewing day of Advent 2012.  The packages  have been driven to the post office and sent on their way. After three weeks of early mornings and late nights, we were ready for that last shipping trip. Wow, are we tired! We won't be sewing a single stitch more, until after Epiphany.

We heard back from the winner of the veil giveaway today, so we are now pleased to announce that Brandon L. won for Gina at My Broken Fiat.  Yay for Brandon and Gina!  The randomly generated sequence from random.org is at the end of the post.  The first number randomly generated corresponds to the winning comment.

We are so grateful to all the men who entered. We were blessed by your comments and touched by your willingness to share your thoughts.

I really probably need to stop doing veil giveaways, because afterward I am always depressed for a few days, because I feel so badly for those who did not win. So, here's my small remedy to try to make myself feel better: If you entered, but did not win, I will send you a coupon code for free shipping if you request it.  Just leave a comment below.  Include the name and email address that you entered with, so that I can verify that you did enter.  I will not publish your comment publicly.  The coupon will be able to be used by anyone you give it to, and the code will not expire until it is used.

Now we can light the woodstove, put our feet up, and read!

Gaudete in Domino ~ Rejoice in the Lord!

"The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom."
O come O come Emmanuel...
