We enjoyed a beautiful midnight mass,...
... got too few hours of sleep, and then had a wonderful Christmas day with family. I burned the bottom of the rolls, but Papa made a really delicious standing rib roast, so the dinner was fabulous, in spite of me.
As usual, the dogs thoroughly enjoyed unwrapping their gifts.
Remember, the Christmas season, in the liturgical calendar, is twelve days long. There are eleven more days of Christmas to go; the twelfth day of Christmas is January 5. Don't stop celebrating yet!
In celebration of the birth of our Savior, we are hosting a week long link party on Liturgical Time. Feel free to link up your family friendly posts on homemaking, marriage & family life, Christian reflections, Christian observances, or anything else that you feel might be a blessing to readers.
Please include our Link Party button in your post.
You'll find it on the right sidebar. If you are unable to include the button, please include a text link.
Merry Christmas!
~Michelle

I'd like to join in, but I may be quite sporadic. We're moving in a week. But, I will try to come and follow what others are writing about. I'm sure it will be very inspirational for me at this stressful moment in time.
I thought this was a cute video with children re-enacting Jesus' birth story and a child narrating it.
ReplyDeleteGlad you had a great Christmas. We are going to a 12th night celebration this year our first one and I can't wait to go:) Thanks for linking up to the NOBH
